Why work with me?

I have worked as lead behavioural scientist in the UK Government Department of Health and Social Care, as a university lecturer in health sciences, and as a personal health consultant. I am a chartered psychologist, nutritionist and personal trainer, and have a PhD in health sciences. 

This mix of experience, alongside my own personal health journey, gives me a deep, practical understanding of what actually works when it comes to improving health.

We will follow a repeating process, allowing us to understand, take action, review and adapt to your health and lifestyle needs throughout the time that we work together.

How much does it cost?

I want to make expert health support affordable and accessible, so my hourly rate is kept as low as possible and is tailored to your level of financial security. I also offer rate reduction incentives to reward you for maintaining healthy behaviour changes.
